Aperanian Who's Who Editor

Position: Ruler of the country of Baaldorf.
Spouse: Queen Lattinia.
Children: Princess Ariel (Heir Apparent).
Age: Indeterminate (quite possibly due to the fact that his wife and daughter are ageing him prematurely.
Place of birth: Camarand, Baaldorf Province.

At the moment, King Edwin is at war with the family Blackpool as allies of the Royal House of Greystone.

King Edwin is a jovial man despite the fact his country is at war. His love for his wife and daughter are evident despite their many eccentricities.

Register

Position: Queen of Baaldorf.
Spouse: King Edwin.
Children: Princess Ariel (Heir Apparent).
Age: We wouldn't dare print it.
Place of birth: A province within the realm of Camarand.

Having lived through war before, Queen Lattinia is well able to keep up the appearance of a woman without a care in the world. Her dearest wish, at the moment, is to see her daughter wed.

Register

Position: Heir Apparent to Baaldorf.
Spouse: Most eligible maiden in Aperans.
Children: None.
Age: Not announced at her last Birthday Celebration.
Place of birth: Camarand, Baaldorf Province.

An unusually talented Princess, Ariel is sophisticated with a high sense of fashion and strikes a chord for the feminist in all women. (Information supplied by a close friend of Princess Ariel). Affianced to Prince Erik Greystone.

The Aperanina Who's Who is looking for someone with tough shins to continue this entry.

Register

Position: Ruler of the country of Greystone.
Spouse: Deceased (Both of them).
Children: Prince Eric (Heir Apparent) and Prince Justin.
Age: Early 50's.
Place of birth: Camarand, Greystone Province.

Although a recent illness has bedridden this energetic and valiant monarch, he defends his Kingdom against the Royal House of Blackpool.

For more information on the war, read the News, Sports, and Weather section of The Camarand Times.

Position: Heir Apparent to all Camarand.
Spouse: None. Considered to be the most eligible bachelor in all the Kingdoms of Aperans by some.
Children: None (that we've been able to discover).
Age: Mid 20's.
Place of birth: Camarand, Greystone Province.

Prince Erik is loyal, courteous, heroic and honest... to a fault. Prince Erik is not a confirmed bachelor, but is finding it hard to commit to his upcoming arranged marriage with the Princess Ariel Baaldorf.

Until King Richard is able to leave his sick-bed, Prince Erik is leading the armies of the south in the war against the Royal House of Blackpool.

Please turn to page 23 for a dissertation regarding the on-going debate concerning succession.

Position: Heir Apparent to Greystone.
Spouse: Not likely.
Children: Please turn to appendix 1, pages 2 through 17.
Age: Early 20's.
Place of birth: Camarand, Greystone Province.

It has been noted that Prince Justin occasionally refers to his brother, Prince Erik, as his little brother. As Prince Erik is the heir to all Camarand, it is unlikely that Prince Justin is the elder. Prince Justin is a smidge taller and broader than Prince Erik, a fact which rankled while they were growing up.

Despite his rakish behaviour, Prince Justin is a staunch defender of the realm. (Information supplied by the Winslow sisters).

Marko Herpe

Position: Vassal to Prince Erik Greystone.
Spouse: None.
Children: None.
Age: Late 20's.
Place of birth: Camarand, Greystone Province.

Marko is the strongest man in the Kingdom and Wizard Traquill's nephew. Whether he chose to become a Vassal rather than a Wizard may never be known, but his talent for Wizardry is demonstrated in his ability to talk to animals. On at least one occasion, this ability has saved the lives of Prince Erik and Princess Ariel.

Register

Position: Wizard to the Royal Houses of Baaldorf and Greystone.
Spouse: None.
Children: Hmm, none.
Age: Extreme.
Place of birth: Somewhere in Aperans we suppose.

Agéd to the 'nth degree, the Wizard Traquill's power is not what it should be. No longer able to leave his chair without the assistance of wizardry, Traquill falls asleep at a moments notice, but never in the middle of an emergency.

Part of this entry may have come from another source, but the editor can't recall. Should you recognise this as your work, please contact the editor and alterations shall be made.

Position: Ethereal assistant to the Wizard Traquill (if not Traquill himself!).
Spouse: None, that we know of.
Children: See above.
Age: Indeterminate.
Place of birth: Indeterminate.

(Please note that the validity of this entry is highly debated at the offices of the Aperanian Who's Who as no one can confirm or deny the existence of this woman)

The likes of Belldonna have appeared throughout history. This type of woman is either a hindrance or of great assistance. It is thought that Beldonna is meant to be of assistance to Prince Erik Greystone, but as she is allied with the Wizard Traquill (see note above), it is possible that her information is suspect due to Traquills extreme age.

Register

Position: Handmaiden to Princess Ariel Baaldorf.
Spouse: None (but certainly looking).
Children: None.
Age: Late 20's (possibly less, she is after all Princess Ariel's handmaiden)
Place of birth: Camarand, Baaldorf Province.

Entry as yet incomplete.

King Saris Blackpool (picture unavailable)

Spouse: Comatose (under suspicious circumstances).
Children: Prince Dirk (Heir Apparent) and Prince Geoffrey.
Age: Mid 50's.
Place of birth: Karteia, Province of Blackpool.

King Saris is currently in a coma which has lasted for some years now. Not only are the facts surrounding the illness which led to his coma dubious, but also how he has survived for all this time.

King Saris has been waging war with the Royal House of Greystone for many years now.

For more information on the war, read the News, Sports, and Weather section of The Camarand Times.

Position: Provisional ruler of the country of Blackpool and Heir Apparent.
Spouse: None.
Children: None (?).
Age: Mid to late 20's.
Place of birth: Karteia, Blackpool Province.

Prince Dirk Blackpool is currently continuing the war with the south as started by his father, King Saris.

Entry as yet incomplete.

Position: Second in line to the Throne of Blackpool, General of the Armies of the North.
Spouse: None (and current infatuation with a Royal Princess will keep it that way).
Children: None.
Age: Early 20's.
Place of birth: Karteia, Blackpool Province.

Rakishly good looking and tall, this younger brother of Prince Dirk commands the armies of the north, but not much else. One could say, that having survived growing up with Prince Dirk, Prince Geoffrey should go far... as fast as possible.

Any young lady wishing to win this dashing Princes' attention should focus on good grooming, eccentric outfits and the making of the perfect cheese sandwich.

Position: Wizard to The Royal House of Blackpool
Spouse: None.
Children: Only when well done.
Age: Indeterminate.
Place of birth: Unknown.

When news of the loss of Vectors monocle became public knowledge, much celebrating took place... until it was realised that the wizard lost very little of his actual power. Along with the monocle, Vector appears to have lost some of the strictures placed upon others of his kind. There have been two confirmed deaths of mortals in recent history, take care not to be the third.

Position: Witch to The Royal House of Blackpool.
